I am a Ph.D. Scholar in Electronics and Communication Engineering at NIT Jalandhar, with over 5 years of combined research and teaching experience in semiconductor devices and nanoelectronics. My expertise lies in TCAD-based device modeling, VLSI, and advanced nanoscale transistor design for low-power, high-performance applications. I have taught and mentored B.Tech and M.Tech students across core domains, including Electronic Devices, VLSI Design, Embedded Systems, Digital and Communication fundamentals, with a focus on building strong fundamentals and practical problem-solving skills. My approach integrates device physics, simulation, and real-world applications, preparing students for both industry and research careers in semiconductor technology.
